and delivery, advance medication delivery including paralytics and narcotics,
documentation, training of new volunteers. BLS/ACLS Certified and trained for LZ
preparation for both civilian and military aircraft. ETA from the scene to the nearest
hospital was generally 40 minutes.
Oct 1989-June 1994 Austin State Hospital (MHMR) Austin, TX; Direct Care

Began as a direct care worker with a client base of 40 mentally ill patients that were
placed by the criminal justice system for long term care. Promoted within 6 months to
shift supervisor over 20 employees. After 6 months extensively trained and promoted to
Certified Behavior Analyst with certifications in short timed behavior modification
coding (using a timed sample behavior checklist "TSBC") and extended timed coding as
developed through our program and the University of Houston.
