Finance contact to manage order to cash process for Aspect’s Managed Services Program. Review to ensure all orders are prepared/
processed in an efficient and accurate manner meeting required deadlines. Generate invoicing that meets customer’s formats and
deadlines. Creates and reviews reports on a daily, weekly, quarterly or regular basis as required by internal and external customers. A
strong understanding of accounting and the underlying end to end business processes is also required. Responsible for maintaining

Controller / Financial Analyst - Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
I commenced employment with TCB in its fourth year of operations as a privately-held entity with assets of $400 million as a Financial
Analyst. TCB conducted an initial public offering on NASDAQ in July 2006 in order to raise capital for expansion and growth in the North
American commercial banking market. During the IPO process performed collation of data for incorporation into SEC S-1 filing. I was
responsible for spearheading a secondary market offering on NASDAQ exchange, as well as a private capital raise. TCB grew to become
a $1.5 billion corporation.
• Responsible for all SEC filings and reporting, including forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8K, 4, S-1, S-3. Additionally responsible for all
Comment Letters for response to regulatory bodies.
• Manage relationships with all third parties relating to SEC filings, annual meetings, public relations and responding to investor
relation inquiries.
• Coordinate and lead all internal and external audits for the corporation. Manage the accounts payable and fixed assets
processes.
