Responsible for machining all standard calibration test pieces to be used in the inspection process for leading
manufacturer for the oil and gas industry, and for keeping certified records of each test piece cut. Also operate
state of the art sonoscope, amalog, and truscope inspection unit, plus changeovers and general maintenance
on inspection
unit. Experienced in the shear wave inspection process used on pipe for longitudinal, transverse, and 10*,
22*, 45*
oblique flaws to customer specification. Including UT Thickness gauge and yoke with dry powder for surface
flaws.
Experienced in the wet and dry magnetic particle inspection process used on pipe in the oil and gas industry.

INDUSTRIAL Started as genetal laborer within two months was promoted to head of shipping and receiving
department 2nd shift operations. I was responsible for schedueling and maintaining all incoming and outgoing
orders,
loading and unloading of all trucks. Promoted to industrial painter responsible for all duties inside paint shop
including inspecting welds before parts go through paint process. Bodywork, final fill, prime and paint to a
new fine
finish, and all mixing of paints.
