Grievance Sub-System. Maintained Delphi code. Attended meetings with users to document requirements

and needs of users. Created scope and specifications documents that were signed off by upper

management. Helped identify users to work on specific tasks for specific projects. Estimated time for

completion and testing. Created testing scripts. Test, report, and document error for re-coding. Data

Mapping.

MCATS: (Medicaid Consumer Activity Tracking System) Internet based platform. Plan and schedule JAD

sessions with County users, State Reps., and other stakeholders. Use Cases used to document

functional requirements, create technical and non-technical requirement documents. Prototype parts of

system for user. Independently document requirements, code, test and document. Data mapping into new

system. Written in HTML, JavaScript, and ASP. EDI: Independently gather requirements from user;

Ohio Department of Job and Family Services March 2001 – December 2002

Lead Programmer / Analyst 4. Reported directly to Section Chief. Recommended changes and in some

cases made the final decision regarding Ohio Works. Internet state funded job searching program. Lead

on Ohio Works Transition Project from Accenture consulting firm. Assist the Section Chief. Created GAP

analysis on documentation Accenture provided against code, database, and reverse-engineering from

using site. Awarded Employee of the Month for work provided on this project. Interviewed Accenture’s

help desk, developers, networkers, and database people to learn how to do all of their tasks and

responsibilities, had less than 3 months to document all processes. Responsible for those tasks and

responsibilities for 2 months before Compuware hired on. Point person in all areas of the project; before,

during and after hand over of all documentation to Compuware, who was awarded contract after

Accenture. Once Compuware took over, all requirements where re-written in Use Case formatting. Used

Rational Analyst Studio Suite, Dream weaver, Visio Professional, MS Office, Corel WordPerfect Suite,

GroupWise, PVCS.

Ohio Department of Human Services June 2000 - March 2001

Programmer / Analyst 4 Responsible for AFCARS & ASFA (Federal mandated systems): System is part

of FACSIS (foster care system). Modify legacy code. Write new code for the Micro FACSIS System.

Created reports for county level agents to better serve those in foster care. Ran several programs that
