Responsibilities
Each day my responsibilties would include machine maintenance start up and repair duties Solely responsible
for all welding/fabrication and modifications in this food processing plant. Also included, I am involved in
shipping/recieving of production goods. I am continually monitoring and maintaining of the plants heating,
ventalation, refrigeration, and sanitation systems.
Accomplishments
Shown by example my interest, enthusiasm, team spirit and good work ethic. My efforts to organize and
develop material lists for several up and coming business projects have been appreciated by my employer.
While we are in process of getting some larger projects on the calendar for next spring, He seems to appreciate
my understanding of the scope of work and the machinery/materials need to complete them. I am the employee
of the month ( Jan. 2014).
Skills Used
My employer has documented as a means of job review, that my demonstrated skills are such things as a my
positive attitude, welding/fabrication, and mechanical aptitude. To add to this, He has also recently made me
the" go to" person for plant safety and security with all its responsibilities.
