approximately 300,000 items.
Director (2005-2013)
Responsible for overall management of library: hiring and managing staff of

writing, facility management, involvement in community organizations, and

Redesigned use of existing space to create reading areas, add shelving

Patrons commented that it became a pleasant place where they wanted to be
and could easily find the items they need.

supported the library financially. Result of two-day event was high
participation, openly voiced opinions, and a new 5-year plan for the
library.
. Large cohort of staff reached retirement age around the same time
resulting in a very significant hiring of new staff. Reviewed job
