Director (2005-2013)

Responsible for overall management of library: hiring and managing staff of

supported the library financially. Result of two-day event was high

participation, openly voiced opinions, and a new 5-year plan for the

library.

. Large cohort of staff reached retirement age around the same time

resulting in a very significant hiring of new staff. Reviewed job

descriptions, created advertisements, sorted resumes, and conducted

intensive interviews with potential candidates. Put together a truly

remarkable staff of 20 (full- and part-time) committed, hard working, and

caring people.
