Cecelia Webber graduated with a BA in neuroscience from the University of Southern California. She has served in three
laboratories as a research assistant, and worked as a teacher/mentor in the arts and sciences for students with learning
disabilities. Cecelia is also an internationally recognized multimedia artist, who’s work has been featured in arts publications and
exhibits worldwide.

• Teaching and mentoring in sciences, studio art and English literature. Courses were taught one on
one, fostering learning and social development in students seeking an alternative to the traditional
school environment. Students ranged from those with learning disabilities to those who excelled
above grade level.

• Created a database of the 432 papers citing the convergence-divergence theory
• Aided in experimental design to elicit auditory activation using silent visual stimuli
• Designed visual stimuli to elicit auditory activation in the absence of sound
• Filmed video clips to create stimuli content, and standardized stimuli with Final Cut Pro.
