Overview:
At GE Transportation, I performed business requirement analysis,
created and modified system design specifications, analyzed and
documented Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA), developed test plan, test
procedures for Regression, Validation and User Acceptation Testing
(UAT) for key Locomotive Embedded Control Systems of GE Transportation.
I was also responsible for analyzing and finding the root causes of new
defects submitted by test team and I performed validation test for the
embedded system in SIM Lab and on the loco.

Project Description: Evolution series locos are new cutting edge
control design developed for GE Transportation clients in railroad

Overview:
At CSX Transportation, I performed technical requirement analysis of
subsystems, developed test procedures for I-ETMS (Interoperable
Electronic Train Management System) based on ICDs (Interface Control
Document), Requirement Specification Documents and System Use Cases.
Project at CSX: Positive Train Control Test.
Project Description: Positive Train Control system is newly
implemented technology to provide railroad safety.

Overview: At Thales Rail Signaling Solutions, I developed Verification

performed various test activity for the communications-based Train
Control (CBTC) system, trackside equipment and interlock systems. My
responsibility included analysis of system requirements using DOORS,
develop test cases, properly log the defects and submission of the
report. I achieved Competency Management System (CMS) license following
IRSE process, CENELEC and IEEE standards in various subsystems

Embedded Software Test / Design Engineer (Co-Op)
. Wrote a C code program and drivers for 80X86-Microcontroller that
drove a stand-alone PID controlled valves that involved the LCD
display, embedded in the controller for the device in house tool to
collect information from software test results from back test
engineers. Valves used in high precision mixing of colors at the
client factory.
. Performed detailed testing on Single Board Computer
software/drivers. Boot-strap loaders, drivers etc. consisted of
mainly C language with line assembly code. After internal testing of
the reference code, Verilog modules were written and verified on the
FPGA to match the reference code to the bit.
. Testing was done offsite on emulated boards. Test results were
generated for entire testing period. Interfacing and communications
involved testing with ICE/Logic Probes / Oscilloscopes. Added value
to research, design, production, testing, and support.
