• Generate TDR (Technical Document Register) as a level 4 schedule and ensure that all relevant data required
for construction is contained in it. Monitor the issue of drawings as per the forecast dates mentioned in the

• Supervise the preparation of the Engineering Document Register (EDR) for process activities, including the
preparation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), Process Block Flow Diagrams (BFD’s), Process
Flow Diagrams, Preliminary Equipment Layouts, Equipment Data Sheet Sketches and other required layouts,
diagrams and documents.

Saudi Aramco is constructing a 400 MBD grassroots refinery and hydrocarbon terminal facilities in Jazan Economic
City (JEC) in South-West Saudi Arabia on the Red Sea coast. The strategic location of the refinery within JEC will
leverage the existing distribution assets for product transfer to the demand centers of the region. Jazan Refinery
will be a semi-conversion refinery that processes 400 MBD of crude oil either as 100% Arabian Medium crude or as a
mixture of 50/50 AM/Arabian Heavy crude supplied from the Eastern province.
In addition the refinery will upgrade 45 MBD of Jiddah Refinery intermediate feedstock (Naphtha, Distillate, and
Vacuum Gas Oil) to refined products.
The Tank Farm & Loading Arm scope includes:
• All construction works, testing, start-up and commission of the tanks and associated structures and
utilities;
• Detail Design and construction of Eighty eight (88) tanks and eleven (11) spheres;
• Blending system;
• Scraper traps and associated piping and tie-ins;
• Truck loading facility;
• Effluent treatment system;

South Pars Phase 12 Project

Year: 2010 – 2012
Petropars Ltd (PPL) is developing the SOUTH PARS Phase 12 Project for National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) in
IRAN. This project includes offshore facilities (wells, platform and subsea pipelines) and Onshore Facilities for the
processing of the reservoir fluid.
The total capacity of the Phase 12 Onshore Facilities is 3000 MMSCFD of reservoir fluid. The reservoir fluid will be
processed to produce approximately 2850 MMSCFD of the lean sweet gas to be delivered to IGAT 6 and to produce
120000 bpd of desulphurized stabilized condensate.
Alternatively, the lean sweet gas from the South Pars Phase 12 development will be limited to 950 MMSCFD and two
thirds of the wet sour gas will be diverted to the nearby IRAN LNG complex.
The scope of work for Tecnimont led consortium (Tecnimont, Nargan, Dorriz & Gamma) included:
• Gas treatment facilities consisting of:
- H2S/ partial CO2 removal from gas.
- Dehydration unit, using TEG
- Dry gas dew pointing by chilling and NGL extraction
- Mercaptans removal by molecular sieves
• Export gas compression to IGAT 6 pipeline
• MEG regeneration and injection unit
• Sulphur recovery producing liquid and further solidification and export

PROJECT: 141-KTY-STYRENE BUTADIENE RUBBER (SBR) PLANT
CLIENT: RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED LOCATION: HAZIRA, GUJRAT COUNTRY: INDIA
DESCRIPTION: Lump Sum Contract for carrying out detail engineering activities based on Licensor BEP, providing
procurement assistance and support for construction management services. Reliance industries are developing a 141
KTY Styrene Butadiene Rubber Plant at Hazira. The basic engineering was developed by Polimeri Europa.
PROJECT: 3 MMTPA HEAVY COKER GAS OIL HYDROTREATING UNIT
CLIENT: MRPL LOCATION: MANGALORE, KARNATKA COUNTRY: INDIA
DESCRIPTION: Lump-sum turnkey basis Contract for provision of of engineering, procurement, construction and
commissioning (EPCC) services for the CHTU based on Licensor (UOP) Basic Engineering Package. The cost of the
project is approximately US$80 million. The project is part of the complex “Phase – III Refinery Project”, developed by
MRPL at Mangalore.
