Teaching Instructor
• 2011 to 2012: Northwest State Community College: Archbold, Ohio
Instruct students in geothermal engineering using appropriate course outcomes
developed by college-wide subject area faculty; asses student performance in these
courses. Apply teaching techniques effective in laboratory/clinical setting using
state-of- the- art geothermal system. Prepare lesson plans, syllabus and course
information sheets, create appropriate teaching aids, and arrange provision of
instructional materials and activities for student usage in classes and as homework

For over 9 years I worked as a project/service/sales manager for Starks Inc. I
worked with government, state, commercial, and residential projects. Budgets were
always on time and in budget. Trained and supported service Technicians
managing a team of 15 + technicians, and helped to manage sufficient workloads
and monitoring production on each key job, conducting weekly meetings. I also
helped to develop sales, and helped with engineering projects to design and build
new and existing equipment. Years of experience with scheduling, inspections and
testing, problem resolution, quality assurance inspections, proposals, Refrigeration
and Freon, gas processing, brazing, instillation, electrical, sheet metal design,
estimating, geothermal units, boilers, heat pumps, sheet metal design, pumps,

management, excellent written and verbal skills. Part of my position also included
working on billing, budgeting project reports, reading blueprints and schematics,
presentations for sales, electrical, Air-condition and customer service and client
