At the In-Flight Department, my major role was to supervise the training process of almost a thousand of

employees. Cabin safety, aviation security and customer service were main aspects the training focused on.

I used to monitor the local demand on the periodicals and fiction books that were imported from England

and the USA then distributed in the country.
