GOODRICH ISR, INC. (previously Recon Optical, Inc.)
GOODRICH/ RECON is an aerospace company manufacturing Aerospace DOD and
International reconnaissance equipment with multi-million dollar contracts.
Recon was a company generating ~$50 million annual on average. Goodrich ISR
division generates ~ $300 million annually.
Supervisor, Manufacturing & Manufacturing Engineering (2008 - 2012)
Planned and implemented production and manufacturing engineering processes,
activities and initiatives to establish, prioritize and maintain all
production schedules to maximize on-schedule and on-budget production
performance for product that routinely meets or exceeds program and quality
requirements. Managed all day-to-day operations and oversaw 12 employees
within variable budgets depending on program and ranging from $6 Million to
$90 Million per program.

financial goals and objectives. I was also a QA Process examiner for in-
line processes. Manage daily operations and leading a team of 12 employees
to achieve program expectations.

. Merged inventory with ERP system, eliminating manual inventory control

time issues, 5S organization, and elimination of unnecessary/duplicate
process steps including inspection points. By adding visual aides to
the work instructions the throughput increased by 20% for the overall
operator cell.
