Triggs Smokehouse - Rhinelander, WI - February 2014 to Present

Responsibilities

Set up all equipment, operate the equipment, and tear it all down at the end of the day for cleaning. Includes

brat stuffers, meat grinder, crane, mixer, tumblers, smokers, ect. Keep everything clean and sanitary.

Accomplishments

Started opening right away in the morning to help set up all equipment and get the ball rolling by the time the

rest of the crew arrives.

Skills Used

I have to be alert of my surroundings to avoid injury, be quick to keep the production moving, and be precise

to make sure all products come out the way they should.

Assistant Grocery Manager

Super 1 Foods - Hurley, WI - September 2012 to March 2014

Responsibilities

Unload truck and stock shelves quickly and correctly. Keep the store looking in "Grand Opening" shape. Assist

and solve customer issues in a friendly manner. Build and change displays. Help train in new employees.

Order stock and insure that ad items NEVER run out, which means predicting sales correctly. Oversee the

store when the Store Manager leaves and make certain every department is operating smoothly. Take care

of cashiers money drawers when their shift is over. Close down the store and make sure everything is in tip

top shape for the next day.

Accomplishments

Became the Assistant Grocery Manager in June of 2013 and greatly improved the store condition and overall

friendly atmosphere.

Skills Used

Vocal and leadership skills are key in my managers position. Quick problem solving is needed on a daily basis

to make certain customers left the store happy and more then willing to come back for all of their grocery needs.

HLA Line

Burton Industries - Ironwood, MI - November 2011 to January 2013

Responsibilities

Assemble and test trail cameras in a quick and precise manner. Also inspected the built cameras after I had

worked every spot on the line. Was responsible to get out the required quota of cameras. Had various training

including Color Code for resistors. Worked in other departments when needed including shipping/receiving,

prep, and the board stuffing line. Also helped train in new team members.

Accomplishments

Had many compliments on how hard I had worked and was considered for the cell lead position, but passed

on the opportunity because I had thought I was moving. Learned every position on the line in only a month

and became extremely efficient at every spot.

Skills Used

Communication skills were key in insuring the line moved smoothly. Also extensive attention to detail to insure

the cameras that we shipped out were top quality.

Grocery Clerk

Copps Food Center/ Super 1 Foods - Hurley, WI - August 2006 to December 2011

Responsibilities

Leadership skills came in and became stronger the longer I worked there. Also developed excellent vocal and

customer relations skills.
