Excellent in solving problems and creating solutions
Organized and detailed-oriented in the software field; all
codes I developed or maintained are efficient, optimized and
more readable for the average person.
Good trouble shooting skills; possess an enthusiastic and
highly energetic attitude which enables me to complete

DTS, OASIS) on VAX/VMS, and client/server database
applications (policy-watch, history database) on
RS6000/UNIX.
3+ years: Designed/developed chain drug store system (sales
analysis & inventory control) and games (black-jack, puzzle,
etc.) on PC/DOS.
Visual Basic/VB.NET programming

Differential Equation) on HYPERCUBE/UNIX.
Object-Oriented Design & C++ programming
1 year: Designed/developed calling-name application (the
caller's name and address) for BellSouth Telephone Company
on HP9000/UNIX.
Internet home page design

financial page, etc. by HTML, JAVA, JAVA Script, and Perl.
EXPERIENCE
06/2013-03/2014 LexisNexis Atlanta, GA
Software Consultant
Maintained information processing software system in VAX/C
to provide driver's information for auto insurance
companies.
Developed test-system for insurance companies in SQL/ORACLE.
07/92-present TNT Computer Technology Inc., Atlanta, GA
Independent Consultant
Designed/developed internet home page and internet
application.
Most software is developed in VB + SQL/MS Access.
Designed/developed math CAI (computer aid instruction).
The 'TNT math' currently has about 250 levels (still
developing) for students to learn, practice and test their
math skill and to build up their performance.
Designed/developed POS (point of sale), a restaurant, hotel,
learning center, auto shop management system.
All systems help commercial stores to manage their business
easier; the inventory control function in the system helps
to regulate store expenses.
Designed/developed games (Connect 4, Chinese right chess,
Guess-AB, Mancala, Puzzle 1-15 to train children's
analysis / logic abilities.
Designed/developed software to solve Sudoku games.
This system can solve single-solution Sudoku games in no
time and find out all solutions up to reasonable layers.
Designed/developed software to solve hands-on puzzles
(arjeu, snafooz)
Rubik's cube solution is developing in VB.NET
02/11-06/13 FairyTouch Inc., Atlanta, GA
IT/Procurement Manager
Setup hardware, installed software, problem detected and
solved.
Develop business system for trading sales; inventory
control; prediction for produce new product;
daily/weekly/monthly/yearly sales analysis.
Attended food show to demo products.
Arrange/ship product sample.
Rearrange stocks between different warehouses.
03/96-01/09 Nortel Networks, Atlanta, GA
Member of the Scientific Staff
Developed MIS/ACD (automatic caller distribution system for
telephone companies); a resource planning aspect of RT-1000:
Forecast, Scheduler, Tracker, and Load Management.
Developed Scheduled Load Management to satisfy customer
needs (automatically executed all preset macro commands, up
to 999*512, at the preset time periodically).
Used my analysis and logical abilities to re-develop the 7
day work scheduler to fit the work-association request.
Used my analysis and logical abilities to re-develop the new
algorithm for customer's special team-base or office-base
requirement.
Used a new algorithm to rewrite the permission setup and
opt-set system to display permission lists in all different
places and maintain the function usage authority checking.
The old system was not efficient to add/modify (the
technician needed to change multiple places in the code just
for one single item and, therefore, the code was too big and
not easily maintained). After my change, the system will
automatically rebuild the structure to fit any change. Thus,
with a code half the size of the original, the technician
now needs to modify only one place for the same results.
Team worked with college to build multiple queue accesses in
order to separate the major event queue from the others
(thereby speeding up the process entirely).
Team worked with college to modify existing code for our
hardware issue to update periodically.
Gave college valuable advice in FORTRAN / C and special
algorithm to help solve their project problems.
01/96-07/96 Dateq Information Network Inc., Atlanta, GA
Software Consultant
Designed/developed error-system server to handle error cases
for all application software in UNIX and VAX/C.
After Dateq was sold to another company, I was asked to stay
on as a part of the team due to my reputation, experience,
and knowledge from my previous work at Dateq.
My time frame was changed to the evening shift (5:30pm ~
9:30pm) sans supervisor from 03/1996 to the end.

UNIX/C to provide driver's information for auto insurance
companies.
Developed new software systems (Client/Server) on RS6000 and
database application on DB2.
