into a condominium project in San Diego, CA; and, re-developed a commercial office building in
Rohnert Park, CA.
Performed comprehensive financial analysis, forecasted project profitability, researched zoning
ordinances, regulations, and environmental restrictions. Secured all entitlements and
zoning/use permits.
Identified properties and negotiated option, purchase, and construction agreements.
