Formulate, structure, negotiate, and draft LOI’s and commercial contracts including loan

originations and commitments, purchase and sales, leases, exchanges, options, and joint

Represent company at loan and title closings, title and survey review hearings, zoning,

ordinances, regulations, and environmental restrictions. Secured all entitlements and

zoning/use permits.
