projects in State of Gujarat, National Highway Projects i.e Salem-
Coimbatore Road Project, Jalandhar-Amritsar Road project, Indore-
Gujarat/MP Boarder Road Project, and Raipur-Bilaspur Road Project and

. Managing the HR functions for a work force of over 1200 people spread
across various locations in India.
. Recruited over 250 people for managing projects across various locations,

pollution control board certifications for production units and looking

various grants and permissions.
o Authorities for land acquisition and no objection certifications
for issues such as mining approvals, blasting approvals and forest
approvals.
o Pollutions control Board license, factory license and labour
license (central).

to legal issues.
. Managing vehicle accidents and get releasing of vehicle through court and
insurance claim related follow-up and third party claim.
. Passing of Workmen Compensation Award from the local labour court from
the workmen compensation commissioner to the dependents of the expired

. Getting approval for Consumer Pump setup from District collector as well
as Joint Chief Controller of explosives.
. Got mining permissions, blasting permissions, new vehicles registration,
vehicle permits and quarterly taxes and their renewals.
. Managing annual returns under minimum wages act, 1948
. Completed the COD Documentation work for Salem-Coimbatore Road project in
State of TamilNadu and Jalandhar-Amritsar Road Project in State of
Punjab, with a team of over 30 members.
