Finish production, complete pass downs and work orders, shut down and

dismantling of various machines, rebuilding and monitoring key equimpent in the

plant. Responsible for troubleshooting of any designated production lines, assist

operators with various problems on machines, preventative maintenance, work

with contractors on various jobs.

Job Overview:

Daily PM’s and work orders that consisted of lubrication, disassembly, rebuilding

and monitoring key equipment in the plant. Replacement of gearboxes, chains,

conveyors and high cost equipment along with production tear down and set up for

sanitation. I also fabricated equipment and planned out equipment placement on

production floor. I was responsible for well water testing and worked with various

types of pumps and electrical systems.
