Accomplishments

Responsible for the design and implementation teams that converted 70+

locations from a traditional Hub/Spoke topology to a fully managed MPLS

design. The design, ordering, installation, and cutover was accomplished

successfully in 5 months!

Worked on a task force to design and recommend the companies "Next

Generation" infrastructure. This "Cloud" infrastructure will provide the

delivery of computing as a service rather than a product.

consolidate Mainframe and Open Systems and migrate it to 2

locations.

. Ordered and coordinated the ordering and installation of all

required bandwidth and networking equipment.

. Developed a modular Campus LAN architecture, as well as the

Gigabit Ethernet switching standards, for deployment at all ADP

locations.

. Responsible for the capacity planning and equipment selection

for the conversion of ADP's internal network from a traditional

Hub/Spoke topology over to an Any to Any MPLS topology. Through

negotiations with our carriers I was able to bring lower cost of

ownership and greater flexibility to ADP's network to

accommodate new technologies such as VOIP and IP video. Once

installed I implemented COS/QOS and priority queuing in order to

ensure that these mission critical applications were not

interrupted. This conversion resulted in over $1.2 million

savings in monthly circuit costs while expanding overall

bandwidth access to the network.
