of nonconforming material issues, design reviews, corrective / preventative

of $30M. Directed 2 Quality Engineers, 1 Supervisor, and 5 Technicians.
Reduced internal scrap by 30%, resulting in savings of $500K in 1 year.
Achieved overall customer rating of 6 defective parts per million for one
year. Regained Canton plant's Ford Q1 status, and moved plant from GM CS-2
containment. Developed effective relationships with all external, internal
customers as well as vendors. Define and implement quality initiatives and

opportunity identification and problem resolution utilizing statistical
analysis and root cause determination in a corrective action team
