Devon Energy subsidiaries in Nigeria.

Negotiated and managed all deep offshore concession contracts (operations, technical services, supply

chain, third party services and human resources). Implemented and managed a documentation process

for all contracts.

Managed the implementation of FCPA for Devon Energy in Nigeria. Achieved 100% FCPA

compliance from 2004 through 2008.

Led the Divestment and sale of participating Interest in three oil concessions to international oil & gas

investors (Pioneer Natural Resources, U.S., StatoilHydro Norway, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation,

U.S. & Addax Petroleum Corporation, Geneva) with complete transfer of assets, employees and

services.

Recovered costs for Devon Energy by securing a tax deduction for Devon Energy Corporation worth

$200 Million.

Responsible for employee training in contracts administration and FCPA compliance.
