Same responsibility as a Superintendent including safety, scheduling, job

site management, inspections, quality control, RFI's, Change Orders, work

directly for PMs, Senior PM's, and Project Executives. With Winter

Construction being a 500$ million dollar company they make people work

their way up within the company. I currently oversee all jobs I am on

with no other on site supervision and complete jobs successfully on time

and within budget.

Summer 2011 Australian Union- Job Site Manager/Superintendent

Pirrota Services - commercial building of office fitouts,

remodeling/renovations, multiple food court

concepts and building structure. Established clearance to work on military

defense bases for maintenance and complete job estimates. Managed all

subcontractors, daily contact with owners, reps and all govt officials.

Maintain all OHS policies and safety issues as well maintain a secure

workplace.

Reason for leaving: moved back to GA/temp position (7 months)

Summers 2008-2010 PY Landscaping Company

Operated my own landscaping company. Jobs included lawn maintenance, patio

installations, minor to major landscape renovations, keeping up with

equipment and ensuring completion of projects in a timely fashion while

working directly for clients.

Summers 2006 - 2008- MILL POND ENTERPRISES- Superintendent

$25 million Plum Island water and sewer installation project.

Summers 2005-2006 HOLMES CONSTRUCTION- Assistant Superintendent

Worked directly with project superintendent to complete projects

effienctly for GC and home owners.

Renovated and remodeled 18th century homes while preserving their

historical integrity.

Also worked on $60 million housing project at Turner Hill Golf Course.
