DUTIES
Procurement
Establish availability of funds.
Establish requirements.
Source quotations in (SPB) State Procurement Board
procedures.
Advertise tenders through the media and gazette where
applicable.
Stores management
Draw comparative Schedule.
Approve Purchase orders.
Chairing of the procurement committee.
Check all procurement records against goods in stock.
Consolidate the administration budget i.e. recurrent
expenditure.
Produce monthly expenditure reports on goods and
