Worked on Twenty-first Century Planning (TCP)/WFMT tool. WFMT

stands for Workflow Management Tool used by British Telecom (BT).The Twenty-

first Century Planning (TCP)/WFMT is a part of the Network Engineering

Journey. WFMT manages the end-to-end planning and recording process. The

project works for Open reach and BT Wholesale. It allows planners to build

job packs electronically so that field engineers, contractors or new site

developers, can fulfill customer orders faster. It encourages a standard

process across Network Design and Implementation's planning community. The

Users of WFMT called Planners use the system to plan the infrastructure

(reactively as well as proactively) of the network, and progress them to

ultimately complete the planning phase. TCP can also be used to send notes,

documents, maps etc. to the executors of the plan called Contractors.
