world's largest suppliers of fresh cartilage allografts and skin used for
life-saving burn and wound care applications with over 400 employees and

Director, Supply Chain (2013-2014)
Responsible for the overall direction and operations of the company supply
chain to include; manufacturing planning, material planning, purchasing,
inventory management and manufacturing kitting (raw material/donor).
o Managed (evaluate and negotiate) all company vendor contracts to ensure
company needs are met. Where relevant, SLAs, vendor scorecards and
metric creation were installed to confirm relationship effectiveness.
o Managed a team that has created the company's first of its kind rough cut

These implementations are defined as not just application installation,
but go much deeper as project managing cross-functional teams into review

were business focused to include; Electronic Document Management

each of these software vendors. In addition, managed relationship with IT
managed service provider for data center operations.
o Managed an internal team of application developers (employees and
contracted partners). This involved building cross-functional alliances,
requirements creation and vetting, resource allocation and
prioritization, setting customer expectations, budget management, subject
matter expert involvement, story boards, sprint coding with SME
authentication, unit testing, documentation, IQ, OQ, PQ and training -
complete SDLC. Successful in building a number of applications to
include quality NCR and quarantine modules, smart forms with workflow,
medical records mgmt. and a production scheduling system.
o Orchestrated the technology capability implementation for 110,000 square
feet new building construction. This included vendor search, contract
negotiation and management for build out of cat 6 cabling and fiber,
conference room audio visual technology implementation and vendor
planning and management for network build.
o Overhauled the existing IT footprint and introduced/led projects such as;
company's first IP Telephony and MPLS network implementation, managed
print service project, creation and distribution of IT policy and
disaster contingency, furthermore maximized staff training to bring back
in-house certain contracted network managed services. Overall, these
projects approach annual savings of $100,000.
o Responsible to contract negotiate, manage and problem solve a number of
managed service and software application vendors. Have successfully been
able to achieve co-terminus contracts, reduced service costs, introduce
service level agreements with "reasons to terminate with cause" that
previously did not exist for company.
o Vast experience working in a regulatory compliant environment. Built a
GAMP V structured and FDA compliant (21 CFR Part 11, 1271 820, 210, 211)

electronic document management (Qumas), calibration and maintenance
