Work with LMM staff that will screen, assess and work to discharge residents to 2100 Shelter and those

who have not utilize shelter over 6 months.

Continually assesses and recommends changes to the Central Intake policies and procedures in order to

best meet program’s objectives.

Oversees the development and maintenance of collaborations for the purpose of diversion and direct

placement.

Oversees collection of required HMIS data.

Documentation and provides performance feedback to staff regarding the quantity, quality, timeliness,

efficiency and completeness of services performed and efficiency of use of time.

Executes authority over employee change of status (e.g., hiring and firing) or make suggestions and

recommendations as to hiring, firing, advancement, promotion or any other change in status of

employees.

Ensure compliance with productivity standards and documentation/record keeping for agency and
