Duties: Providing support to the Unit Administrator for 40 USAR Soldiers; performing a variety of advisory,
liaison, and coordinating duties on behalf of the USAR Unit Commander. Manages and ensures personnel
records and are kept in accordance with applicable Army Regulations; processes and submits documents
to higher headquarters for personnel actions such as, MOS Reclassification, ETS, Non-Participation, Entry
Level Discharge, Abuse of Illegal Substance, Conditional Releases, and Medical Boards. Manages and
processes personnel finance using Defense Joint Military Pay Systems Reserve Component and Automated
Drill Attendance Reporting Software Systems. Reviews finance reports identifying and correcting deficiencies;
submits pay inquiries; prepares, verifies, and submits travel vouchers. Acts in the place of Training NCO;
manages and submits to higher headquarters unit training schedules and individual training readiness.
