Worked directly with VP of Plumbing and COO to successfully implement crews designated to handle

larger scope of work encountered in service plumbing that resulted in small, fast paced TI's. This position

originated as an opportunity to estimate that evolved into a position that involved my operational and

managerial skills that required interaction with many departments and supervision of technicians.

Estimating duties included various commercial projects as well as estimating, managing and coordinating

smaller fast paced projects our specialized crew would complete that required me to directly communicate

with technicians in the field and corporate contacts, write estimates daily (averaging approx. 50-70 weekly)

small, fast paced jobs that range from overnight excavations and repairs to more extensive corrective

remodels limited to 2-3 days to complete.

Solair Building on Western/Wilshire in Downtown LA. Consulted and acted as Foreman/Project Manager

while in place to help accelerate production and to bring the company’s progress up to date. Redirected

crew and changed the method of operation to accomplish the company’s goal. The company was behind

when I started on the project and when I left they were ahead of schedule. (Temporary position)
