Selected Achievements
• Led 10 member team integrating deployment planning and execution for the Air National Guard including war
reserve material, support agreements and base support management.
• Advocated for and obtained $30,000 to develop program and hand train over 400 people at 10 locations on new
logistics module web based deployment equipment management system.
• Led 15 member logistics crisis action team for Air National Guard response to hurricanes Dean, Ike and Gustav.
Coordinated immediate movement of relief equipment throughout US.
• Chief of Air Movements for Multi National Corps Iraq-tracked the movements of 142,468 passengers including
personnel from over 10 countries through 11 locations.
• Developed comprehensive airfield rotation plan that enabled movement of over 109,943 tons of cargo and
559,408 personnel throughout Iraqi theater of operations. Removed 6500 vehicles off the road, freed assets for
other missions and saved lives.
• Saved US government over $12M by developing simplified pallet return procedures, resulting in return of over
15,188 pallets to Air Mobility Command from US Army units.
• Selected as Air Education and Training Command 2002 Field Grade Logistics Readiness Officer of the year for
my work in deployment operations for Operation Iraqi Freedom.
• Commanded logistics readiness squadron of 61 civilians and 5 military personnel. Provided full spectrum
logistics support, supply chain management, and transportation for Goodfellow Air Force Base military and
civilian population of over 3500 personnel.
• Successfully maintained over 5,311 supply line items, operations and maintenance sales of $620,000 and
accountable equipment valued over $32 million.
• Safely maintained $12 Million in ground transportation assets including 65 fire trucks.
• Spearheaded and coordinated construction of $195K consolidated deployment facility.
• Ensured 100% contract verification of traffic management resulting in $3.8M savings.
• Directed operations and readiness of $1.8B war reserve materiel assets at 12 locations.
• Single program manager for system acquisition, replacement, modernization, and storage of Air Force Bare Base
Operations equipment Harvest Falcon and Harvest Eagle billeting sets.
• Led development team for $46M aircraft shelter program subsequently used in Diego Garcia.
• Intervened to forestall catastrophic problem in “small shelter” program saving USAF $10M.
