PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE

Instructional System Specialist, Lackland AFB, Texas, SpecPro Technical

Services (02/01/2011-10/2013)

Developed and configured a documents management system, such as user

interfaces and document workflow procedures. Operated data capture

technology to import digitized training documents into Air Forces

Communities of Practice (CoP) database. Implemented electronic document

processing, reports retrieval, and distribution systems in collaboration

with the Air Force and Army training systems. Monitored, evaluated and

record training activities and program effectiveness. Track students

through training pipeline by using various Air Force and Army Databases.

Coordinated with various agencies to obtain training records for

Battlefield Airman Specialty Code's. Consulted with leadership about test
