During my employment here I handled outgoing mail, entering payments, and filing. I also worked

in the legal department for a bit and there I typed up judgments, income executions, information

subpoenas and answer phone calls. I was then transferred to a full time collector position. Here I

handled a multiline phone. Answering phone calls as well as making phone calls to debtors. In return

taking payments from debtors, and setting payment arrangements. Which included ACHs.
