SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative, I would meet and greet

patients/guests with a positive image, give the appropriate help and

direction to different locations inside and outside of the hospital,

resolve any issue and guide patients/guests through hospital procedures,

help patients/guests with admission to make sure they are handled in a

timely fashion and escorted to their individual room, assist

patients/guests with wheelchairs and parking tickets when needed, give

support to patients/guests in regards to the daily and holiday schedule of

the hospital and cafeteria, and promote HIPAA and follow its rules

accordingly.
