honors of military personnel both active and retired personnel. Make
contact with higher headquarters on daily basis to reconfirm status of
honors to be rendered.
LINE OF DUTY SECTION
I am responsible for processing all informal/formal (Line of Duty
Investigations (LODs) investigations on injuries and diseases that occur
within the Casualty Area Command. I review Line of Duty packets for proper
documentation and ensure the completeness and required documentation are
conformed with regulatory guidance, determine if in accordance with AR 600-
8-4 a formal Line of Duty investigation is required, or if an informal is
all that is necessary. All Line of Duty packets are logged into a data
system and date of stamping of arrival of all actions and return of all
determinations to units. Prepare memorandum that is appropriate to the
final determination, and returns the LOD to the appointing authority for
signature. I coordinate Line of Duty determinations with subordinate
commands, investigating officers, and the Staff Judge Advocate.
EAGLE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
I assist the Program Manager with in-processing of newly hired employees
for Eagle Support making sure all employment papers are filled out
correctly and completed before forwarding to Eagle Corporate Office. I am
responsible for submission of all Security Forms being submitted to the
appropriate person(s) at Ft. Dix Security Office, responsible for
submitting proper documents in order for newly hired employees to obtain
access to Ft. for approximately 55 employees.

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
I serve as Lead Personnel Assistant in the Officer/Enlisted Section.
Perform extensive fact gathering, analysis of statistics, and coordination
of information in support of the Post Adjutant General. Specific area of
responsibility includes requisitioning, assignments, reassignments,
promotions, schooling, preparation of personnel actions, and statistical
analysis through comparison of Officer Distribution Plan, authorizations,
and assigned strength. Assist in overseeing all personnel actions, officer
and enlisted, and provides technical assistance to team members, soldiers
and other units regarding preparation and processing as necessary. I
counsel personnel concerning implications/ramifications of particular
personnel actions. I review all actions received for completeness, accuracy
and proper forwarding endorsement. Supervise: 11 Serco employees

NATURALIZATION & CITIZENSHIP SECTION
I worked closely with US Citizenship Immigration Services (CIS) to assist
non-citizen military personnel with their applications, as the Military
Personnel representative I review documentation for accuracy and
completeness. Making sure the Soldier have completed N-400 and ensure that
all required forms are fill out correctly and all required documents are
included in packet before mailing to INS.

consolidated data for manpower and equipment reports. Also, was
responsible for ordering of office supplies and that they did not go over
the
Directorate Budget. I coordinated the work of the Director's Office with
subordinate offices, ensuring that practices and procedures are consistent
with those of the Director's office. I arrange for the preparation of new
and/or reviewed policy statements and memoranda. Prepares agenda and
assembles materials needed to conduct staff meetings and conferences. I
arranged and attended executive meetings and conferences. I also acted in a
liaison capacity with professional staff members. Controlled and monitored
incoming and outgoing correspondence checking for any errors. I assisted
the Deputy Director and other staff members as needed or when requested. I
was responsible for training other clerical personnel in the Divisions and
advising them on proper procedures, formats and check for any errors.
