Responsibilities

Directly manage multiple customer accounts to ensure all service is completed to customer satisfaction and

terms of contracts. This included but not limited to managing all supervisors and employees at the accounts

as well as responsible for safety, quality, budgets, labor negotiations, and inventory control.

Accomplishments

Maintained a 98% customer contract renewal, trimmed inventory costs, all accounts ran under budget,. Helped

keep employee turnover rate at 45% below the industry standard average.
