Responsibilities

Directly manage multiple customer accounts to ensure all service is completed to customer satisfaction and

terms of contracts. This included but not limited to managing all supervisors and employees at the accounts

Maintained a 98% customer contract renewal, trimmed inventory costs, all accounts ran under budget,. Helped

keep employee turnover rate at 45% below the industry standard average.

high safety standard used from my knowledge of past experience as plant safety manager and coordinator.

product. Started and managed the plant Safety Committee including coordinating and implementing changes

to machinery and the structure of the plant to ensure employee safety in all departments.
