Responsible for all aspects of the business, scheduling, budgets, and P&L. Did all the ordering for the FUEGO BAR, In Room Honors Bar, and Gift Shop. Manager of the Quarter March 2009. June 2008. Was hired to improve employee morale and to control food cost, beverage cost and labor cost which was extremely high. Was the only Joie De Vivre Hotel to make F&B budget, Highest GUEST SATISFACTION Score and Highest EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION Score which was all part of our Bonus Plan.

Opened hotel with a new concept from a Hilton Inn to a Hilton Garden Inn, after being closed for 11 months.
