DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Check and replaced busted bulbs, starter, defective switches and
socket outlet
. Attend to tenant's job request and other important job assignment
. Reading of meter (monthly) and logging all data collected
. Check distribution board for humming or any sign of loose contacts
. Check panel board for presence of vermin and other combustible
materials
. Regular round/inspection in common area facilities while on duty
. Operate and monitor operation of air conditioning, cooling tower
and
lighting
. Assist and monitor preventive maintenance conduct by sub-
contractor such
as elevators, air conditioning system and generator
. Run Genset at no load condition (maintenance jogging) once a month

record parameters
