Managed the installation and service of Secure/Non-Secure Video

Teleconference Rooms, PA Systems, and other video systems for government

and civilian agencies around the world. Daily communication with end users

installation schedules after verification of equipment availability,

coordinating the skilled technicians with the technicians in training to

Prospected and forged new alliances with builder clients in Florida,

Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina markets. Conceptualized

customized security solutions to increase builders' profit through home

technology option sales. Coordinated the account set up process through

multiple channels within the customer's organization and within ADT

Security. Cultivated long-term quality relationships by working

collaboratively with builders at all levels: Purchasing and Estimating,

Sales and Marketing, Construction and Field Managers, Onsite Sales and

Select-Design Center personnel. Positioned educational and service support

through the Sales Assistance Program; provided training tools and
