I started as a cashier in our Murfreesboro store and was promoted to Assistant Manager within my first month of
employment. Earned management trust by serving as key holder, responsibly opening and closing store. Answered
questions regarding store and products, while maintaining knowledge of current sales and store promotions.
Communicated with vendors regarding back order availability, future inventory and special orders. Maintained
cleanliness and presentation of stock room and production floor. I was to assist the store manager in all levels to include
ordering, stocking, inventory control, mark-ups and mark-downs, deposits and banking, balancing daily cash and safe. I
was transferred to Lewiston as the store manager and was responsible for all daily operations from vendors to banking,
hiring and firing and training all staff for my store. I have increased sales by 10 percent in my first 6 weeks and brought
