Responsible for all business operations and activities for corrosion

engineering, research and materials testing laboratory providing contract

testing, training and engineering support services to both government and

industry for over 70 years. Specializing in services providing materials

and product evaluations for applications in marine environments. Provided

its unique expertise and testing capabilities to many Fortune 500 companies

and The U.S. Department of Defense through contracts with NAVSEA, NSWC,

the world's leading providers of waste treatment solutions and services.

The divisional operations of the two entities provided solid waste

collection and disposal services, along with other environmentally sound

waste treatment related services. Reported to Division General Manager and

District Controller. Supervised staff of nine employees. Responsibilities

included preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements and

operating reports, quarterly SEC and corporate tax returns. Other duties

included managing payroll, general ledger, billing, fixed assets, and AP/AR

company coordinating product and inventory flow for ITT owned companies

through managed transportation and distribution centers . Consolidation of

all corporate freight payment functions of worldwide transportation and

freight distribution centers while supervising staff of three. Responsible

GENERAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER . 1984-1986

Responsible for all general accounting functions for producer of treated

wood products primarily for the utilities and railroad industries, with

seven operating locations in the eastern US. Responsible for general

OFFICE MANAGER/DIVISION CONTROLLER . 1981-1984

Responsible for all accounting functions of the HVAC Division of large

construction and engineering as well as commercial and long term
