Operated 55 to 725 ton horizontal and vertical injection molding equipment in fast- paced
Automotive Tied One production facility. Produce bobbins and coils, spare tire and lock
housings, electrical housings, starter components, gears and other automotive parts for Ford,
General Motors, and other major customers in Cincinnati, Nissei, and Engel Equipment. Analyze
work to determine process requirements, gage parts for correct tolerances, visually inspect for
surface defects, and chart SPC. Complete start-up logs, start and stop presses, verify process
requirements, and fill in for operator on breaks. Drive forklift, moving inserts, and raw materials
to presses and finished goods to shipping. Assist in tool room with mold cleaning.
