I offer almost 30 years of experience handling all aspects of office work. Customer service, order

processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, sales reporting, budgeting, payroll, etc. I

have managerial experience and have worked well with Sales Managers and other fellow employees. I

also have organized sales meetings including finding conference rooms, ordering food and beverages,

I was licensed as an Insurance Agent for the State of Illinois after taking and passing two exams. I was

contracted with Bankers Life and Casualty as an agent and certified to provide many different types of

Life Insurance, Long Term and Short Term Care coverage, Medicare Supplement Insurance and Annuities

My title was Sales/Service/Administrative Supervisor. It was my responsibility to work with both the

Sales and Service Department Managers in several capacities. During my employment I overlooked the

payroll to make sure it was correct before it went to our General Office in Tampa, FL. I processed

accounts receivable and accounts payable for our branch. I spoke with vendors and customers on a daily

basis regarding orders and pricing issues. I was named “2004 Sales Associate of the Year – in recognition

of superior customer service and outstanding sales support of Fox River Foods, Inc.” in Montgomery. IL.

I created an inventory system to help the branch account for thousands of cases of frozen, chilled and dry

products that were transferred in from our production facility and shipped out or picked up by our

customers. I worked with the Service Department manager and employees to correct customer

information and equipment location information in the computer. It was also my responsibility to create

and distribute sales reports and “new account” reports to all the Sales Managers, the District Sales

Manager and the Vice President for the Midwest Region. I have also worked closely with the District

Sales Manager to create forecast and budgets for the branch.

I was the Office Manager for 5 of the 18 + years at my branch with five employees under me. I was

responsible for balancing and processing the invoices for 55 route drivers, counting and balancing cash

and checks brought in by the drivers and Sales Managers which could add up to several hundreds of

thousands of dollars at month’s end. I processed accounts receivable reports for the Sales Managers and

the Branch Manager. I was responsible for accurately figuring and keying in payroll for approximately

120 employees. I worked with the Warehouse Manager to balance an inventory of approximately 100,000

to 250,000+ cases each month. Another responsibility was Customer Service. I had to work closely with

customers taking complaint calls, correcting pricing issues and other invoicing problems. I also helped

present sales and expense budgets for the branch with my own $3 mil. budget included. I worked closely

with the Branch and Sales Managers where lost equipment and sales problems occurred. I also kept HR

files for all employees up to date and organized for the branch.
