PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Fraternity Leadership Development Conference, Indianapolis, Indiana, January 2012, & January 2013
These conferences focused very heavily on personal development. My first experience in
2012 was very communication driven, while the experience in 2013 was very
management and leadership driven.
Fraternity National Leadership Convention, Palm Springs, California, July 2012
This conference keyed in on how to lead within a group of individuals. It also focused heavily on
developing professional skills (i.e. networking, communication, research). Its main purpose was
to present legislation to all fraternity chapters and have them voted upon.
