1. MARKETING MANAGER: F & B Solutions Ltd P. O Box 7760, Ground floor, ESAMI

Key Responsibilities.
• Direct and supervise marketing staff on daily work in the company
• Monitor the staff on the progress of work designated to them.
• Direct, manage and provide administrative leadership to marketing executives.
• Plan for markets and set marketing strategies to be implemented by marketing
executives.
• Plan sales strategies to improve turnover and minimize competition from other players
in the market.

• Linking the company with customers in Rwanda, Burindi and South Sudan, Eastern
DRC especially in Goma,

necessary cost incurred initially by agents,

Key Responsibilities.
• Develop business project proposals for clients who need new projects.
• Provide administrative leadership in both the two sister companies i.e. F & B solutions
ltd and orbit distributors.
• Coordinate orbit distributors i.e. Gulu, Mbarara and Hoima branches while based at
head office kampala.
• Plan sales strategies to improve turnover and minimize competition from other players
in the market.
• Prepare monthly business and financial reports entailing balance sheet, profit and loss
accounts, credit sales status, inventory analysis and cash inflow and outflows.
• Ensure financial expenditure is contained as per company policy
• Provide marketing support of the products and services in two sister companies.
• Perform other activities as may be assigned.
Achivements.
• Cleared backlog of financial reports for seven months
• Increased sales of services and products to a tune of approximately two millions per
month
• Saved the company from loss of at least 120,000 per month which was incurred as a
result of poor accountability, leadership and record keeping.
• Developed East African market Strategy that improved marketing level thus increasing
selling rate. This was done through emailing and phone marketing strategy that covered
Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Southern Sudan, Tanzania, DRC-Kinshasha, Zambia, and
Ethiopia.
• Improved financial monitoring through accountability to ensure transparency in the
companies.

• Timely financial and business status reports where prepared and eased decision making.
• Ushered in the idea of route sales in orbit distributors that increased sales of biscuits in
