In support of the CECOM (Communication and Electronic Command) RESET missions in Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan, I was

responsible in overseeing the movement (preparation, shipment and tracking) of CECOM materials. I made certain that proper

accountability and disposition of equipment was in accordance to all applicable Government regulations and CECOM directed

guidance. I reviewed all supply and transportation documentation TCMDs (Transportation Control Movement Documents -

DD1387); Military Shipping Labels (DD1149), MROs (Material Request Orders) (1384-1A), US Army hand receipts and shortage

annex (DA2062) were correct ((Quality Assurance (QA)). I coordinated all shipping requirements for Transportation Movement

Requests (TMR). I reviewed customs documentation and inspections were performed in accordance with U.S. Customs regulations.

I wrote RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) tags and track shipped cargo via FedEx, DHL, UPS, GDSS, (GLOBAL

DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM), ITARS (Intra-Theater Airlift Request System), SMS (Single Mobility System) GLOBAL

TRANSPORTATION NETWORK (GTN) CONVERGENCE (IGC). I was responsible for the overall management of the flow of

resources between the point of origin and the point of destination in order to meet mission requirements. I developed Standard

Operating Procedures (SOP) and established work schedules that assisted mission readiness. I trained personnel on procedures for

submitting and tracking Transportation Movement Requests (TMR), GDSS and Matrix. Coordinating and executing movement of

multi thousands pieces of equipment and thousands of solders by air. I conducted container management at SPOD (Sea Port of

Debarkation) using RFID Management (Radio Frequency Identification). I kept documentation and controlled all containers for

CONUS/ OCONUS movements from SPOD with IBS (Integrated Booking System) CMM (Container Management Module).

Verified TMR (Movement Transportation Request) information is accurate and submitted to MCB (Movement Transportation

Battalion). Before movement begins, I conducted convoy and safety briefings to ensure all movement within the yard are to SOP

(Standard Operating Procedures) standards with the mission being completed safely. Helped control the flow of deploying and

redeploying equipment by maintaining accountability and in- transit visibility. Supervised loading and off loaded cargo and verified

shortage or damages before carrier or convoy left the Central Receiving Shipping Point Yard. I helped developed logistical plans,

policies and procedures to provide support for supplies, transportation, maintenance, and service air and ground. Processed and

tracked all class supply with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Maintained documentation for any accountability for

loss, damaged, destroyed property and helped investigate and review to determine if it was personal neglect during inspection. I

dispatched and supervised one or more groups of drivers. I ensured 100% on-time service by monitoring driver progress. I managed

service of all equipment.

Selected Contributions: I have implemented current tracking systems and procedures that have provided the client with near real time

tracking ability and expedited delivery dates. I am trained and proficient with MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

and Access). I am also familiar with GATES (Global Air Transportation Execution System) ICODES (The Integrated Computerized

Deployment System) and programs. I was involved with material handling, production, packaging, inventory, and transportation. I
