Komyo Logistics is the US Subsidiary of Honda Logistics Intl and provides
3PL services for customers to include warehouse management, labor
management and transportation management services.
Direct the operations of the Midwest Consolidation Center for American
Honda Parts Division with over 76,000 SKU valued at $6M. Managed
receiving, putaway, pick/pack, cross dock, sort and inventory management.
Responsible for oversight of operations at 2 other American Honda Parts
Division distribution centers in Chino CA and Loudon TN. Developed
operational processes, staffing plans and budgets to ensure successful
parts distribution to Part Centers and Dealerships.
. Developed a comprehensive recovery plan to improve productivity and
quality performance. The process improvement plan developed with the
associates in the functional areas resulted in a 9% improvement in
