Responsibilities
I was responsible for keeping hotel rooms clean, as well as hallways and public areas of the hotel. I also
helped wash, dry and fold laundry and make sure they were put away in the correct areas so that they could
be located by other hotel staff.
Skills Used
I used my knowledge of cleaning, and customer service skills as well being professional with guests coming
and going in the hotel.
Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities
I was in charge of inspecting housekeepers rooms, to make sure they were cleaned well and by guidelines for
inspection. I was also in charge of making sure the housekeepers were on time to work, and on schedule with
their schedule for the day, as well as keeping inventory on housekeeping supplies.
Accomplishments
I feel I brought unity within my housekeepers, trust and moral. I made sure that their time at work was
professional but that they were also happy to be there.
Skills Used
I used supervising skills as well as time management and professionalism within my co-workers,
housekeepers, and hotel guests. I also used my skills as a customer representative.
Sales Associate
Macy's - Chesapeake, VA - October 2009 to December 2009
Responsibilities
Making sure the sales floor was kept clean, Putting merchandise back on racks and folded neatly on tables,
taking other departments merchandise back and making sure they were returned properly. Running the cash
register, creating credit card accounts and making payments towards accounts for customers.
Accomplishments
I feel I did a wonderful job in time at Macy's. It was only a seasonal position but I was offered a permanent
position after the holidays were over, I was unable to take that position due to the military.

Receptionist
Kemba Financial Credit Union - Columbus, OH - February 2006 to December 2006
Responsibilities
I was responsible for greeting members and checking them into see service member representatives, I was
also responsible for answering a multiline telephone and directing members to the correct department, or
representative. I also took care of the mail coming and going into and out of our branch office. I kept inventory
on all of our office supplies and ordered anything that we needed.
Accomplishments
I feel I gained confidence while working at Kemba, I was very shy and kept to myself until working there. It
helped me be more outgoing and feel that I could be professional for my future in the business world. I also
realized in working there that I wanted to keep working in customer service not just in a financial business but
in the medical field where I could not only interact with people but also help them.
