Designed and optimized the structure of a joint of the device. It connected the finger part and the

palm part which fitted human hand better (improved by over 50%).

Mastered skills in Solidworks and AutoCAD, professional 3D/2D engineering drawing.

Conducted experiments to test the kinematic performance of the device. Designed and built an

infrared diode marker system for motion capture system OptiTrack to record small scale motion

(within human hand range) which was impossible with origin OptiTrack markers.
