Production Supervisor:

• Worked 2nd shift as supervisor over the entire plant in the daily manufacturing of products through the process of injection

blow molding.

• Scheduled all manpower production, mold changes, color changes for my shift per customer requirements.

• Directed & managed all production, shipping / receiving, maintenance & quality control employees through scheduled

12 hour shifts ensuring job priorities, shipments, repairs, quality & safety.

• Led monthly safety meetings for all employees on my shift & did daily safety audits for up to 25 injection blow molders.

Lead Production Supervisor Plastic mold injection: (3 month Contract)

• Started on 3rd shift in Dodge/RT door panel assembly line cell & increased production 25% on my shift.

• One of two supervisors (of four) that stayed after initial contract had expired.
