Selected Accomplishments

. Established the Western Division Property Management Department.

Recruited, oriented and trained all department personnel, developed all

related functions, systems and operating procedures as well as created

the department's orientation, training and SOP manuals.

. Significantly enhanced operating efficiency by consolidating financial

management, environmental, plant operations, project management,

compliance and safety/risk management functions in to a single

integrated business unit.

. Created and implemented regulatory compliance programs responsible for a

68% reduction in annual Life Safety citations. Outcomes have yielded 47

deficiency free Life Safety and 21citation free OSHA surveys as well as

accomplishing Joint Commission accreditation in 32 centers.

. Established and implemented utilities reduction/equipment efficiency

assessment programs yielding annual savings in excess of $500,000.

. Obtained a 100% satisfaction rating in 11 of 33 categories of the

Kenexa/corporate employee satisfaction survey. One of the highest

overall results in the company.

. Recruited to manage an interdisciplinary team responsible for

implementing corporate policies/procedures, establishing regulatory

stability, and rebuilding the physical plant infrastructure of fifty-two

Peak Medical Centers. Project was successfully completed within a

twelve month period.
