o Daily administration of all health & welfare benefit plans including

medical, dental, vision, EAP, and health savings accounts. Provide

assistance with claim & eligibility issues; serve as vendor liaison.

Create & update benefit communications, including enrollment forms.

Organize Open Enrollment process & communicate with HR team to

execute. Monitor plan enrollment and ensure all employees are in

correct benefit plans/levels. Audit eligibility of participants and

their dependents. Monitor and reconcile all electronic feeds from EDI

o Determine participant's eligibility for all benefits programs.

o Trouble shoot issues related to benefits and administration.

o Prepares quarterly reconciliation of 401(K) and FSA audit reports and

works with payroll and/or outside vendors to resolve discrepancies.

o Prepares benefit deduction/change reports to ensure accuracy of data

submitted for payroll purposes semi-monthly.

o Perform record keeping and employee data administration including but

not limited to: new hires, terminations, qualifying life changing

events.

o Develops and provides benefits orientation for all New Hires via web

conference or in person.

o Conduct annual open enrollment and new hire benefits orientations

educating on provisions to ensure informed, individual decisions on

election of benefits; resolve employee issues with services and/or

claims, escalating appropriately to Director for assistance with

resolution.

o Maintains working knowledge of applicable federal, state and local

employment laws related to health and welfare plans.

o Use several computer tools/software to facilitate enrollment and to

monitor on-going processing of benefits administration.

o Prepares and submits technology requests for changes and upgrades

relative to Human Resources.

o Develop and execute wellness programs, including health fairs and

Lunch & Learn seminars.
