Dear Hiring Manager,

I'm sure you've reviewed hundreds of resumes but I bring honesty,

reliability, and a strong work ethic. I have over 15 years' in maintenance

operation and repair. I received my initial maintenance training in the US

Army to include FTA and I am currently working with the Department of

Defense in Afghanistan. I oversee the daily operation, PM's and repair of

over 1200 diesel power plants of varies makes and models as well as support

equipment. I chair our safety program and I am a Platinum Certified Safety

Leader with my current organization. My main goal is ensuring our clients

and company assets are utilized and maintained by manufactures guideline to

boost equipment life cycle and minimize down time. I believe in fostering a

safety culture and coaching personnel to increase skill set which will

ensure efficient cost controls as well as power grid evaluation to ensure

engine power systems, facilities, and support equipment. Determine

schedules and assign work activities based on work priority, quantity of

equipment and skill of 100 maintenance and support personnel. Assist in

Utilized MAXIMO maintenance system to track and schedule PM maintenance

pumps, and diesel power generation equipment to include daily inspections

and compiling trending data to evaluate asset performance and to mitigate

premature equipment failure. Completed routine and complex troubleshooting

of electrical and mechanical powers systems and coordinated customer outage

schedule, to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.

Observed and maintained equipment for spill response plans in compliance

with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Environmental and

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards. Operated

and standardized departmental Hazardous Waste Accumulation Point (HWAP) to

include labeling, packing, segregation, and transportation to the Hazardous
